I have known Lion Neeta Reshamiya for over two decades and watched with awe as she grew in her field of literature, Drama, Oratory, Storytelling etc etc  It’s not every day that we come across multiple talents embedded in one single personality. Whenever I hear the stories of Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran from the sweet vocals of Neetaben Reshamiya I remember the words of Late Poet Suresh Dalal as he said "I enjoy helping people by making rose essence from rose instead of simply crushing them." Neeta Reshamiya signed up for writing plays for me. But she did vastly more. She wrote specifically for my approach. She has a writing calibre for anything from a simple one-page concept to a full-blown script. She uses content to engage viewers and get them connected with every aspect and character of the plays. We did 5 plays together, 2 commercial plays (Lav Hatheli Shyam Lakhi Dau (Gujarati), Syampriya (Hindi)) and 2 plays for the prestigious NCPA Vasant festival ((Saptapadi no athmo Fero (Gujarati), Draupadi (Gujarati) Andal (Gujarati Monologue). These plays have brought me immense pride and happiness. She has a calm, invigorating, and logical method of writing that truly connects and inspires people. I can’t speak highly enough of her writing. Not only through the course of these plays, which were fun and challenging, but Neeta’s friendship has been invaluable to me. She is one of the closest friends I have.
